To ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order, all shipped items are tracked and insured; a signature will be required upon delivery. You will recieve your tracking number once the order has been shipped. This will be within 1 -3 working days.

Having your artwork arrive in perfect condition is important. To maintain the quality of your orders, all work is packed substantially using robust packaging methods to avoid bending or damage in transit. Our prints and other flat items are never rolled. Instead, they are carefully backed with a supporting surface to guarantee they remain rigid throughout transit. We only use premium shipping services to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your order.
Returns
If for any reason your order does not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged goods), please contact us as soon as possible (maximum 30 days). We aim to ensure that all products are delivered on time, and in perfect condition. Should this not be the case, we will endeavour to replace your item at no further cost to you, following the return of the original order.
